In 2012 we started a very special food journey. Inspired by farm to fork events such as this one in Oregon, we felt our local network of farms and producers would be amazing ingredients for Real life, Slow Cooking on site Feasts.

One day we came across a video by this so called Gipsy Chef.  We just loved the feeling and ease with which he cooked amazing recipes on real fire and with very basic equipment, he was crazy and brilliant so we face booked him  and turned out to be Asturian.

We shared common likes, dreamed about how we could work together and got to action! We learnt a great lot from that experience and since then we love organizing Farm to Fork Feasts in many of our events! The Gipsy Tour Site (OSITS)
