Hotel Posada del Valle and its Organic Farm are a very special place and small family business. For almost 20 years it has been pioneering Eco-tourism in Asturias by trying to be as self-sufficient and sustainable as possible by creating a social and ecological network of activities and services.

We love working on the farm, with the animals and the vegetable garden, maintaining its web site, hosting events and workshops, fill it with art; as well as helping out in any way! There is nothing like a family business to learn about diversifying and being of service.
